It's Christmas Eve!!!

It's been a little while since my last post because we have moved and finished unpacking!  YES the unpacking is DONE!!  However, we have 1 room and the garage that have becoe the "catch all" areas, lol.  Since I'm on vacation for the next 2 weeks I will be working on that!

I have started a new cleaning/organizational system for the new house!  Bubba and I bought a book about organizing your house cleaning a while bqck as kinda joke for me.  But I finally cracked it it open and found it VERY inspiring!  I have also found my new LOVE!  A tv show about OCD people and their day to day trials.  This has been also very inspiring!  To me some are a bit over board, like cleaning toilets with toothpicks and spraying yourself and the other person with a  hydrogen peroxide mixture prior to physical contact is a bit much, lol!  So this house has been CLEAN for about a full week now!  It has it's little messes because I have 2 boys who are 8 and 6, and a hubby who struggles with finding the laundry basket and cleaning the sink after he brushes his teeth, but other than that, Life is good!!

So, It's Christmas Eve, and I have TONS of stuff to do!  I have to do my baking all within the next 3 hours because we are headed to see Bubba's parents and do our gift exchange.  It's been a VERY slim Christmas, but we really focused more on the REAL meaning of this holiday to try and get the younger boys to realize that Santa is Heavenly Father's helper!  That Santa helps children, who haven't been taught about HIM yet, to strive to behave and be charitable!  We tried the Elf on the Shelf thing this year, but Keegans friend touched him, so we had to keep the word of the elf and he lost his magic and went back to the North Pole :(  Quite honestly, it was a chore finding different hiding spots, lol.  Maybe next year they will have a better understanding that Santa means what he says ;)

Ok, so for my newest Memory Sessions!  Here are the ones I REALLY like!

New house!

Sooo, my hubby and I first moved in together AFTER we got married.  I know that sounds so 1950's, lol, but we felt that was the right thing to do, for US.  The only problem was that we pick 1 heck of a NIGHTMARE of a landlord to deal with for our 1st house together :(  So after the past 6 months of negativity and masive anxiety, we have found another house to make our "home"!  We DREAD having to physically move, especially since we finally finished unpacking this house!  But we both know that it is the right decision for our marriage and family.  We are SUPER excited to start this new chapter and I can't wait to tart decorating, lol!  OUr new landlords seem so genuinely nice and have MANY properties, so we know we aren't dealing with an over-protective newbie landlord, lol!

Keegan started therapy on Wed, and LOVES his therapist!  We are so happy that we FINALLY found 1 who will take him on, given the fact that we have been turned down multiple times since we gained full custody back in May.  Just as things started looking, less than 24 hrs later Keegan gets into a fight and gets suspended from school!!  What the HECK?   Well, he learned that staying home with me was NOT better than going to school and so I don't see him pulling that card for a while!  Being grounded to your room with NO privileges really stinx!

Garan and I snuck away last weekend to Fremont and San Jose to visit his parents and my family.  Luckily they fed us otherwise we would have starved, lol!  We love our families so much!  Theres no other way to put it, the ROCK!  GG Bates slipped me her email address, lol little sneaky thing, so I emailed her yesterday!  I think we might become great email pals <3 We got some great advice on marriage, blending families and retirement from Garans parents.  They are such great role models for us!  I wish I could smile HALF as much as my mother-in-law, but I guess that will come once we become empty nesters, hahaha!

I did a cpl more Memory Sessions this past week, and here are some that I want to share :)  Hope you enjoy!
